Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team to ensure patient safety.

The role is full-time with a night shift (7:00pm–7:00am), holiday & weekend rotation, and benefit eligibility within a Magnet-certified hospital known for nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under supervision of the nurse, assisting with ADLs and vital signs.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists with patient and family education and acts as a 1:1 safety sitter as needed.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment for patient needs.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
