Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production outputs and metrics on the night shift.
• Coach and develop 15–20 hourly team members with clear development plans.
• Lead safety reviews, 5S/Housekeeping, and drive corrective actions for safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Process Engineering teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.
