Raytheon seeks a Systems Administrator to join a high-performing team at a critical US government function. This on-site role is located in Springfield, VA and supports a VM-based data system essential to daily operations.

You will ensure system availability, apply updates, run VM services, and help document procedures while coordinating with multiple teams. A TS/SCI with poly and security clearance on day one are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Active transferable U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Security+ certification and Linux system administration experience.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community and with dislocated/ geographically separated operations.
• Experience with LDAP, NFS, TCP/IP, Splunk, Grafana, NIS/NIS+; PKI certifications; SQL, C++, Java.

Aufgaben

• Ensure maximum system availability and perform system updates with coordination.
• Carry out VM-based services to maintain system operation.
• Support documentation updates and metrics collection.
• Coordinate with customer facilities and other teams for on-site operations.
• Respond to on-call needs and maintain 24x7x365 operations.
