Henry Ford Health in Novi, MI is seeking an overnight surgical leader to manage complex post-operative patients across multiple specialties. This solo night position covers nights, weekends, and holidays, providing critical decision-making and direct patient care.

You will perform bedside procedures, assist in the OR as needed, and collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless continuity of care during off-hours.

Formación

• NP or PA graduate from an accredited program (CCNE, NLNAC for NP; ARC-PA for PA).
• Current Michigan licensure as NP or PA (or proof of application in process).
• National certification: ANCC or AANP (NP) / NCCPA (PA).
• BLS certification required; ACLS required or obtainable after hire
• Minimum 2 years acute care general surgery experience
• Minimum 2 years surgical first assist experience
• DEA registration and Michigan Controlled Substance License (PA only); DEA registration (NP only)

Responsabilidades

• Overnight management of post-operative patients across multiple surgical services.
• Diagnose acute changes and determine urgent operative intervention needs.
• Monitor labs/imaging and address urgent medication needs during night shift.
• Perform bedside procedures and serve as surgical first assistant when needed.
