Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Yardley to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. The role includes opening, prep, and closing duties, with opportunities to lead the restaurant team and collaborate with the chef leadership team.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with an additional $2.00/hour premium for overnight hours (midnight to 5:00 AM). This full-time/part-time position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and offers comprehensive

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure guests receive the highest quality of service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocol.
• Maintain communication with the restaurant staff to ensure the team has enough stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas and cleaning schedules.
• Monitor kitchen operating costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
