About The Role

• Pay Rate: $21.00
• Overnight shift premium: $2.00 per hour automatically applied to hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
• Location: Natick
• Position Type: Full‑time & Part‑time
• Typical shifts: Evening (e.g., 9:00 PM) to early morning (e.g., 6:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to deliver the highest quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with ordering.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back‑of‑house areas.
• Monitor kitchen operational costs and enforce budget guidelines.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely, securely, and is fully operational.
• Conduct briefings with front and back‑of‑house staff before and after service.
• Ensure all operating and quality standards are met.
• Present professional and ethical leadership at all times.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a Quick Service Restaurant or full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift while working.
• Must have availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate required by State, County, or Local Health Departments.
