Job summary

Chimes is seeking a shift-based Cleaning Supervisor to oversee contracted cleaning services at the Maryland site. The role requires hands-on supervision, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with security and safety policies.

You will coordinate with Shift Managers, review daily reports, manage staff time records, and maintain quality through a formal training program and performance feedback. Evening/overnight schedule included.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in contract management and administrative duties.
• Experience in janitorial/custodial supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of building service management and related equipment/chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and subcontractors to meet contract specs.
• Provide supervision, training, scheduling, and inspection of cleaning activities.
• Maintain daily time records and payroll/supply costs within budget.
