Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring a Supervisor Central Operations to oversee night operations in the Network Operations Center across the Phoenix area. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure throughput, and maintain regulatory compliance to support uninterrupted patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Healthcare, with a Master’s preferred, and at least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience. Arizona licensure is required with magnet standards certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Current Arizona licensure is required; magnet standards require certification within 1 year of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels, including hiring, onboarding and evaluations.
• Plan and maintain department schedules; manage daily staffing needs.
• Coordinate patient movement, throughput, and operational continuity across the Network Operations Center.
• Develop partnerships with department leaders and stakeholders using data-driven decision making.
• Lead implementation of innovative technology and processes to improve throughput and efficiency.
