Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Supervisor Central Operations for the Network Operations Center in the Phoenix area. You will oversee night-shift operations, coordinate patient movement, throughput, and communications, and supervise staffing and training for center personnel.

This role requires leadership, collaboration with other departments, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare is required.
• 2 years experience in a healthcare related field is required.
• Current Arizona licensure in related field is required.
• Must obtain a certification in their respective area within 1 year of hire or promotion date for magnet standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Support department operations, ensuring seamless workflow and achievement of throughput goals.
• Plan, establish, and maintain the department schedule; manage daily staffing needs.
• Build partnerships with department leaders and stakeholders; use data-driven decisions to improve patient care and operations.
• Lead implementation of innovative technology and processes to improve throughput and efficiency.
