Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory, hotel, and banquet experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage career progression.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
