Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time COFFEE BAR SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Bon Appetit Management Company. Location: 1725 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94158. This is a full‑time position (Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM). Fixed pay rate: $26.00 per hour. Two years of previous supervisory experience is required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
