Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in St. Charles, MO is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead the overnight Outfitters team. You will direct tasks on the sales floor, oversee replenishment, merchandise presentation, and price changes while ensuring accurate inventory and safety standards.

You will partner with management to staff the department, train associates, and maintain visual standards, signing, and UPC integrity during overnight operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct overnight Outfitters and ensure replenishment and merchandising tasks are completed.
• Maintain planograms, signage, and price changes.
• Assist with inventory counts and backstock replenishment.
• Coordinate special events and ensure pricing/UPC integrity.
• Support staffing, training, and supervision of associates.
