Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter in Missouri to support overnight operations and non-selling tasks across the store campus. This role focuses on replenishment, price changes, and merchandising to enable legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least two years of experience. You will work overnight shifts and assist with planogram and merchandising directives, inventory, and displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Years of experience: Two years.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Able to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts and displays.
• Performs price changes including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting).
• Supports visual merchandising including fixture updates and end caps.
• Supports planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
