Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Years of experience: 2–4 Retail Years.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegates tasks and work assignments to team members with clear direction and follow up.
• Maintains visual presentation standards including signage, planograms, and pricing.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock, DCs, and vendor deliveries.
• Supports inventory management and special events coordination.
• Coaches and mentors associates; schedules and evaluates performance.
