Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory- Level Team Member to lead store operations during a dynamic shift.

The role emphasizes guest hospitality, quality food preparation, and coaching a high-energy team to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds; may assist with 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ (21+ in some tasks per VA law).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.
• Monitor in-store inventory, merchandising, and availability of products.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
