Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with a focus on hospitality and high-energy teamwork. You will mentor staff, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while engaging customers throughout their visit.

Compensation includes strong growth opportunities, bonuses, PTO, 401k matching, and extensive benefits. Evening and night shifts include a $1.50/hr premium as noted.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds regularly and assist with 40 pounds.
• Customer service oriented and team leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
