Job summary

Sheetz in Sterling, VA is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a strong team mentality. You will provide hospitality-driven service and ensure accurate, timely food preparation for customers.

You will mentor teammates, keep products stocked, maintain a clean store, and manage shifts while upholding safety standards. A $1.50/hr night shift premium applies, plus extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law for certain tasks)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier service.
• Prepare food/beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
