Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law may require Supervisor’s to be 21 for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist others lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a strong team.
• Monitor store inventory, ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
