Sheetz in Sterling, VA is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams, deliver top-tier hospitality, and run daily operations with energy and accountability.

This role offers a night shift premium of $1.50/hour for 10pm–6am, with opportunities for growth and a strong rewards package. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and reach, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and assistance to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
