Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor to lead a store team with high energy and a team mentality. You will ensure hospitality is reflected in every customer interaction and coach fellow team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ for certain tasks per VA state law)
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 with assistance)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and provide top-tier service
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications safely and quickly
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit
• Monitor store inventory, merchandise, and product availability for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas
