Job summary

Sheetz is hiring an Overnight Supervisor to lead a team in-store, delivering hospitality and guidance to team members while ensuring quality service. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and maintain product availability and cleanliness across the store.

The role offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour with an additional $1.50/hr for overnight shifts, plus extensive benefits such as bonuses, PTO, 401k match and stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task, stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional help for 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritise tasks.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
