Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor position. The role focuses on leading store teams, delivering exceptional hospitality, and ensuring product availability and clean, safe service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing and moderate lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 for certain tasks in VA).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Provide quality food and beverages to exact specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor the team to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Monitor store stock and merchandising to ensure products are readily available.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
