Job summary

Sheetz, Inc in Ohio is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver high-quality customer service with energy and teamwork.

You will mentor staff, ensure product availability, and maintain clean, safe dining areas while managing fast-paced service and guest satisfaction. The role includes a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm-6am and a range of benefits including bonuses, PTO, 401k, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, perform bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist others lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
