Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy and a strong customer-service mindset. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure products meet quality standards while delivering a hospitable guest experience.

Eligible for hands-on mentorship, career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement and health coverage. Night shift adds a $1.50/hr premium.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a fast, safe and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Monitor in-store products to ensure stock, merchandising and availability
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen and dining areas
