Job summary

Walmart in Pearland, TX is seeking a store leader to drive sales and oversee daily operations. You will lead and develop teams, implement business initiatives, and ensure outstanding customer service aligned with OBW standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend required trainings and assessments (for example Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and feedback, driving store operations and customer service excellence.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control in designated area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits qualified staff.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders, ensuring merchandise presentation and shrink mitigation.
