Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through training and feedback, communicating expectations effectively.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensures customer needs are met and issues resolved using the One Best Way service model.
• Oversees merchandising, operations, and community outreach programs to support growth.
