Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Acknowledgement of firearms CBC and firearms training requirements where applicable.
• Attendance and completion of job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL/Profit & Loss, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, set expectations, recognize performance and promote a culture of belonging.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and implement action plans to improve customer experience and operations.
