Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching, listening, and giving feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement action plans to improve the customer experience.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop associates; promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
