Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates and engaging with store operations.
Drive customer service excellence following Walmart standards and initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control aligned to sales and store goals.
Ensure merchandising, inventory flow, and store presentation support sales and shrink reduction.
Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates; promote a culture of belonging and accountability.
