Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a supervisor to oversee overnight store operations, train associates, and help ensure a safe, well-organized shopping environment. You will manage inventory, assist with merchandising and protect company assets while supporting other managers.

The role requires leadership of overnight teams, enforcing safety practices, coaching performance, and ensuring planogram compliance and efficient stocking. A high school diploma and a few years in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Experience with inventory management and stock replenishment.
