• Firearms CBC compliance for facilities that sell firearms.
• State-specific requirements for ammunition facilities.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards using Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) model.
• Support store operations, budgeting, forecasting and asset protection.
• Foster belonging and promote inclusive teamwork across the workplace.
