Job summary

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, coaching hourly associates, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver a remarkable customer experience while upholding Walmart's values and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service using the One Best Way service model and drives customer satisfaction.
• Manages store financial performance with budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Recruits, hires, trains and mentors hourly associates and builds a culture of belonging.
