• Firearm CBC and Firearms Training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
• Current state Certificate of Eligibility may be required for facilities selling ammunition.
• Associates must attend all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback.
• Drive customer service using the OBW model and improve store operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and merchandising to hit sales goals.
