Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teaching training and actively listening to associates; provide feedback and guidance.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues, implementing action plans for a high quality experience.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions, and operational processes to meet sales goals.
• Ensure policy compliance and promote a culture of openness and integrity through Open Door Policy.
• Attract, retain and develop talent; promote a belonging mindset and provide coaching and recognition.
