Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead the overnight Outfitters team in our Savannah store. You will direct replenishment, merchandising, and price changes while ensuring brand standards and accurate inventory handling, collaborating with distribution centers and vendors.

You will also support events, pricing integrity, and staff scheduling, while maintaining a positive, harassment-free environment and delivering superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 Retail Years experience
• Availability to work overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Directs overnight Outfitters and delegates tasks with clear direction
• Ensures SOP adherence and provides training as needed
• Maintains visual presentation and planograms, conducts nightly replenishment
• Supports inventory counts and coordination with Distribution Centers and vendors
• Oversees special events, pricing integrity, and display accuracy
• Engages in staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and coaching
