Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership preferred.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service following Walmart standards.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate hourly associates; promote a culture of belonging.
