Job summary

• For facilities with firearms, CBC and training may be required; attendance at required trainings may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates, and providing feedback and guidance.
• Drives store performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses tied to sales and profit goals.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer needs and issues effectively.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to optimize store presentation.
