Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is hiring an experienced Polisher/Fabricator for night shift at our Post Falls, Idaho location. The ideal candidate has 1 year of polishing experience on natural stone and engineered quartz, with familiarity in grinders and polishers, and a strong work ethic.

Must read measurements and operate power/tools efficiently. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in polishing natural stone and engineered quartz.
• Experience with grinders and polishers is an asset.
• Hardworking, motivated, organized and task oriented.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Ability to read measurements.
• Knowledge of hand woodworking tools and operation of power tools (table saw, chop saw).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape grooved, contoured, and irregular stone to match templates and blueprints.
• Polish, glue, and mitre pieces as required.
• Grind, sand, and polish surfaces to prepare for finishing using hand and power tools.
• Load and unload pieces onto equipment and tables with tools or lifters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
