Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete job trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Firearms CBC and state-specific requirements may apply for certain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved with action plans and continuous process improvement.
