Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for a stock replenishment role. The position maintains and replenishes stock in a safe, efficient manner to meet customer purchasing needs and supports a friendly, courteous service culture. Shifts run 9:00 pm to 9:00 am across a 24/7 operation, with weekends and holidays included.

The role requires lifting up to 40-50 lbs, operation of pallet jacks, and adherence to safety and policy standards. Training may be provided for other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to work nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• A willingness to learn and follow company policies and PLU codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock to meet customer needs.
• Keep products clean, rotated, and properly displayed; face shelves.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks; move freight safely.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment and accurate completion of tasks.
• Assist with training other employees as needed.
