Job summary

WinCo Foods is a growing family of over 140 supermarkets with more than 22,000 employee-owners, offering low prices and ESOP benefits. In this role, you will maintain and replenish stock while delivering friendly customer service to shoppers.

You will work 6–8 hour night shifts (9:00 pm–9:00 am) in Pomona, stocking, merchandising, and operating pallet jacks in a safe, efficient environment. Integrity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Work varied nights in a 24/7 operation.
• Lift/move objects up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks and related equipment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handlers Certification (per state law).

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, serve and thank customers.
• Maintain stock quality; rotate, face, and discard spoiled products.
• Stock shelves; build displays; handle pricing and labels.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Order products, cut cases, and move merchandise.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
