Job summary

Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH is seeking a PRN State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to provide residents with compassionate, high-quality care on a 6p-6a schedule. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and routine caregiving tasks, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the care team.

Candidates must be STNA certified in Ohio; prior long-term care experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certified in Ohio.
• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Emotional stability and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
• Support residents with ADLs and IADLs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services.
• Collaborate with the care team to update individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
