Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certified in Ohio

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed
• Support residents with ADLs and instrumental ADLs
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure updated individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
