Job summary

Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, Ohio is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team for both full-time and part-time night shifts (6p-6a). You will provide daily nursing care per care plans and collaborate with a compassionate team to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.

We welcome licensed CNAs/STNAs, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA or STNA under Ohio law.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Demonstrate ability to care for age-related needs of residents.
• Make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies.
• Interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Be a supportive team member and promote teamwork.
• Follow instructions with patience, tact, and enthusiasm.
• Relay information about a resident's condition to supervisors.
