Job summary

Fisher-Titus is seeking a STNA to join Norwalk Memorial Home on 6:30pm–7am night shift. This full-time, on-site position supports residents and works under RN/LPN supervision to provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities include assisting with admissions, daily living activities, vital signs, and documentation; providing meals, transfers, and restorative care while promoting resident dignity. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units, resident rooms and beds for admissions or transfers.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures with call light system.
• Provide morning and evening care, including baths and linen changes, and restorative care.
• Record vital signs, weight, height, intake/output and other documentation accurately.
• Assist with positioning, lifting, turning and ambulating residents with equipment.
• Prepare meals, distribute trays, encourage intake and fluids.
• Post mortem care and prompt response to resident call lights.
• Encourage participation in therapies and restoration of function.
• Handle residents' clothing and personal belongings from admission to discharge.
• Transport residents as needed and assist with transfers.
