Job summary

Fisher-Titus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 3 South unit on a part-time night shift. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and execute nursing interventions while maintaining documentation and patient safety.

A strong emphasis on teamwork and compassionate care guides daily practice. Qualified candidates have an Associate's degree in Nursing, RN license, and BLS; ACLS and PALS are preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
• ACLS certification preferred or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• PALS preferred or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification required; CPR certification.
• Registered Nurse license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develop and communicate realistic care plans with patients and families.
• Implement medical/nursing interventions as necessary.
• Document nursing care accurately for team use.
• Provide safe, compassionate care and uphold professional standards.
