Responsibilities

• Applies nursing knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; documents care.
• Delivers resident care and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet care goals.
• Directs and guides resident/family teaching for LPN/NA while maintaining nursing standards.
• Complies with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and care regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
