Loveland Care Center in Loveland, OH is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant for the night shift. The STNA will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vitals, document care, and support a safe, compassionate living environment.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent and an active STNA certification. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required; new graduates welcome. We offer health benefits, 401k, and paid time off.

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required; new graduates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers, using assistive devices as needed.
• Feed residents and monitor nutrition and hydration; record intake as directed.
• Measure and report vital signs and monitor residents' health status.
• Document care in EHR or paper charts and communicate concerns to the nursing staff.
• Maintain resident safety, hygiene, and comfort; provide emotional support and social engagement.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals in care planning and transportation as needed.
