Qualifications

• Certification: STNA certification required.
• Experience in documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
• Assist in daily care of residents, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident's personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect
• Perform other duties as assigned
