Job summary
LionStone Care is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the Loveland Care Center in Loveland, OH. This is a full-time night-shift position (12-hour shifts) working under supervision of a licensed nurse to support residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
You will document care in the facility’s records, monitor vital signs as directed, assist with mobility, meals, and hygiene, and collaborate with the nursing team to promote dignity and quality of
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current and active STNA certification required.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, turning, and ambulation.
- Feed residents and monitor nutrition and hydration.
- Document care and residents' responses in EHR or paper charts.
- Maintain safety and infection control; follow PPE guidelines.
- Provide emotional support and engage residents in activities.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and participate in care plan meetings.
- Assist with transportation within the facility as needed.
